¿Quiénes Somos?

My name is Hernan Garcia and I currently live in Cocoa, Florida. I am the lucky guy with 3 daughters, a beautiful wife, and a very lucky dog! I have been running for years now although my main activity is sailing, which I have done quite extensively around the world. I have crossed the Atlantic a couple of times, hiked the Continental Ice Shelf in Patagonia, and ran over 25 marathons and 5 ultra marathons. I have been taking part of long distance races around the world in wonderful places such as the Sahara, the Pyrenees, and Patagonia. I have also participated in a number of ultra marathons in the United States, and continue my training to hopefully be part of some races in Florida, and various deserts and mountains around the world.

Little by little, this idea of opening a store which supports the active lifestyle enthusiast grew and I am proud to say that this dream finally became a reality. Located in Cocoa Village, across the street from Murdock’s, Daddy Ultra Runs is now open and we offer a number of products for the active lifestyle, including sportswear and footwear for men and women which I am sure you will enjoy. Most of the products we chose to sell are those which I have personally tried and tested during one of my adventure runs so I am confident of their quality and value (no, I have not ran in Golite’s skirts, but I heard they are quite comfortable!)

We are now also “online” with our store and you can enjoy purchasing most of the same items we have in our “brick and mortar” store from the comfort of your… wherever you are.
